The competition theme this fortnight is Exploring Camera Angles in Photography.
Picture a typical tourist location, with tourists stopping for a couple of seconds, holding their camera up to their eyeline and snapping a quick shot of the area. Surely over the course of the day, there would be hundreds of similar photos taken, all from the same camera angle. Sounds boring, no?
So what if you change your viewpoint, and explore some new camera angles to capture the scene from? What can you come up with?
You could try worm's eye view to make the surrounding area look big and imposing, or shoot from above to make things look smaller than life.
Think about how you can use different perspectives to create some really interesting and perhaps unusual shots.
How can you tell different stories about the world around you, by simply changing the height or angle you point your camera from?
We think you'll be surprised at how creative you can get!
We can't wait to see what images you'll be coming up with!
