The theme for the photography challenge for the group classes this fortnight was
focusing on the foreground. By using
aperture to create a shallow
depth of field and sharp
focus on a subject, all of the students in each city produced impressive photos of animals, nature and street scenes.
The finalists photos were selected because the foreground in their images was enhanced by their composition, or by including other elements in the frame that gave them even more context and a deeper meaning. You can view all the photos that were entered in the album on the
Photoh Facebook page:
Alan Branch – Adelaide
Karen Angus Gersch – Brisbane
Lyn Dwyer – Melbourne
Ronald Fritz – Melbourne

John Lodge – Sydney
The winner for first prize this fortnight is...Jane Birman from Perth! She will receive a $100 JB HiFi voucher.
