This fortnight's photography challenge is....Nature Photography!
The term nature photography includes a number of different subjects and styles, with one definition being:
"Nature photography is a wide range of photography taken outdoors and devoted to displaying natural elements such as landscapes, wildlife, plants, and close-ups of natural scenes and textures."
So it really is a chance to go wild (pun intended!) with this theme and you could choose to explore your own backyard, or venture further afield into the great landscapes we have here in Australia.
Maybe macro photography of interesting plants and flowers are your thing, or zoom out a little and photography some animals at your local wildlife park or zoo. There are plenty of subjects to be found for this theme.
We'll be looking for entries that have considered the composition and camera settings for the shot. As the term is 'nature' we won't be accepting photos of domesticated pets.
