Booking and Confirmation

It is essential to provide the following with your booking:

- Most frequently used email address
- Mobile phone number

Confirmation of your booking will be sent out within one day of your booking. You will be alerted of any cancellations or changes via mobile phone (call or text).

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within one day:

- Check your Spam Folder- your email server may have accidentally marked the email as spam and removed it from your inbox



You may be ineligible for a refund if you miss a tour due to the following reasons:

- Not checking your email or phone notices
- Providing incorrect details in your booking

Payment Policy

The Photoh accepts payments in the following forms:
Visa
Mastercard
Paypal
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

Payments made through Paypal and EFT must be done in advance.

Group bookings payments must be completed at least one week in advance.

All payments must be confirmed at least two days before your chosen date to ensure you will be added to the list of attendees.

Start Time

Start times will vary depending on the course or group meetup. Please check your confirmation email for more information.

Start times for night events often vary to according to the sunset. Participants will be notified by text of an exact time the day before the event.

Age Policy

Minors under the age of 14 may be accompanied by an adult.

Please note: The role of the accompanying adult is strictly to supervise. They will not be able to participate in the event and must not bring camera equipment.

Supervision is not compulsory, but recommended for children under the age of 12.

Minors over the age of 14 may be accompanied by a paying adult.

Please note: Children in this age group are considered capable of independent learning, so the accompanying adult will be treated as a fellow participant.

Children under the age of 8 are unlikely to benefit from the photography groups.

Refunds and Rescheduling

Photoh requires the following notice:
- Minimum five days for refunds
- Minimum two days for rescheduling


Please note that your photography instructor is NOT able to reschedule or cancel your booking for you, and we kindly ask that you contact the office directly.

Class Booking Numbers

All of our photography classes require a minimum number of participants in order to go ahead.

In the unlikely scenario that a class that you have booked on to has not reached the minimum bookings, then we will contact you with as much notice as possible that the class has been cancelled.

You will then be able to reschedule your booking to another date, or have your booking refunded.

Wet Weather

If the weather is looking too wet or stormy to go ahead, then the class will be cancelled. We prefer to keep you - and your camera equipment! - nice and dry.

Your instructor will inform you of a cancellation with as much notice as possible, and we will then provide you with options to reschedule or refund your booking.
